The purchasing power of its currency has dropped so low that a vast majority of the people cannot afford minimal medical care. Consequently, morbidity and mortality rates, joblessness, juvenile delinquency, corruption and other social ills have become common.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-206\" src=\"https:\/\/cadacameroon.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/medical3-300x174.jpg\" alt=\"medical3\" width=\"429\" height=\"249\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cadacameroon.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/medical3-300x174.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cadacameroon.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/medical3.jpg 350w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 429px) 100vw, 429px\" \/>Many Cameroonians and families are <span class=\"orange\"><strong>unable to afford medical treatments<\/strong><\/span> because it is expensive. Therefore, many are dying from simple\u00a0curable diseases. Others turn to sorcerers and witch doctors.<\/li>\n<li>Many <strong><span class=\"orange\">fake incompetent medical services<\/span><\/strong> have developed, providing misleading diagnoses and treatment This drains people of finances without effective services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span class=\"orange\">Corruption, embezzlement and bribery<\/span><\/strong> are the order of the day, even in medical centers. The very poor face tremendous diffic<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-205\" src=\"https:\/\/cadacameroon.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/medical2-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"medical2\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cadacameroon.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/medical2-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/cadacameroon.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/medical2.jpg 350w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/>ulty in getting good medical services.<\/p>\n<p>Many Cameroonians who have undergone health care training <strong><span class=\"orange\">do not have jobs because they refuse to offer bribes to secure one, or because there are no employment opportunities.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our desire for the Samaritan Medical Outreach Program is that it will effectively meet the numerous health needs of communities at affordable costs.<\/p>\n<p>This program will not only provide jobs for trained, jobless people but will create an opportunity for them to meet the dire medical needs of patients.
